1. OVERVIEW

This website, located at https://gmihub.ca, is operated by Gospel Music Industry Hub. Throughout this document and the website (“Site”), the terms “we”, “us” and “our” and terms of similar meaning refer to Gospel Music Industry Hub. Gospel Music Industry Hub offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Site. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. In these terms we describe users (“Users”) of the Site as both registered and unregistered users.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. GOVERNING LAW

The Site is controlled by Gospel Music Industry Hub and operated by it from its offices in Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

4. SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

5. MINIMUM AGE

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you register for an account on the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to the Site, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to the Site. You have the option, but not obligation, to sign up for and receive electronic newsletters from us. Should you do so, you are agreeing to receive further emails from us of a commercial nature.

In these Terms the content on the Site, including all information, data, logos, marks, designs, graphics, pictures, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement, is called “Content”. Content provided by Users is called “User Content”. User Content is that User’s property. The Company’s only right to that User Content is the limited licenses to it granted in these Terms.

9. USER CONTENT

By posting, downloading, displaying, performing, transmitting, or otherwise distributing information (“User Content”) to the Site, you are granting Gospel Music Industry Hub, its, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives a permanent, non-exclusive license to use User Content in connection with the operation of the Internet businesses of Gospel Music Industry Hub, including without limitation, a right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat User Content. You will not be compensated for any User Content. You agree that Gospel Music Industry Hub may publish or otherwise disclose your name in connection with your User Content. By posting User Content on the site, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to the User Content or are otherwise authorized to post, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute User Content.

Your User Content is your responsibility. We have no responsibility or liability for it, including any loss or damage it may cause to other people. Although we have no obligation to do so, we have the absolute discretion to remove, screen or edit without notice any User Content posted or stored on the Site, and we may do this at any time and for any reason.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Other than the User Content, the Site, all Content available on the Site or used to create and operate the Site is the property of Gospel Music Industry Hub, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws, and all rights to the Site, such Content and such software are expressly reserved. All trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned in the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information (by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise) does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by Gospel Music Industry Hub.

Gospel Music Industry Hub grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable license to access the Site and to view, copy and print the portions of the Content available to you on the Site.

Except as expressly permitted above, any use of any portion of the Content without the prior written permission of its owner is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted in this Agreement and your account with us.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We have no control over and no liability for any third party websites or materials. We work with a number of partners whose Internet sites may be linked with the Site.
